SURVIVAL: BE PREPARED
Introduction by S.N.Strutt author of this website.
Yesterday the 24th August early in the morning saw a devastating earthquake in central ITALY, which could end up with a DEATH TOLL in the thousands. Earthquakes are most definitely on the increase, where is it all leading, read on to find out:-
AMATRICE, Italy (Reuters) - The death toll from a devastating earthquake in central Italy rose to at least 247 people early on Thursday after rescue teams worked through the night to try to find survivors under the rubble of flattened towns.
The 6.2 magnitude quake struck a cluster of mountain communities 140 km (85 miles) east of Rome early on Wednesday as people slept, destroying hundreds of homes.
Are Megaquakes Coming? Another Government Warns People To 'Be Prepared For The Worst'
August 24, 2016

With ISL reporting that yet another government, the Czech Republic, is warning their people to "prepare for the worst," joining the growing list of governments across the globe that have issued similar warnings, including the U.S and more recently Germany, we are brought back to the questions of what exactly are they worried enough about to issue instructions to start "preparing," all within the last few months?
In the plan to instruct their populace to prepare was in case of an "attack or catastrophe," and when Barack Obama told U.S. citizens to "be prepared" for disaster, it was timed with the Cascadia Rising 2016 drill, along with the unveiling of a FEMA app, and a look at the current seismic activity across the globe, the active and erupting volcanoes, the increasing strength and frequency of earthquakes, we have to wonder if these governments aren't issuing these warnings because they are expecting a series of megaquakes.
According to this real time map, created by Mapbox using USGS earthquake data feed, there have been over 8,600 tremors detected worldwide over the past month alone, with over 1,600 tremors detected just this past week, just to put the massive amount of seismic activity occurring now into context.
Today we woke to the news that at least 73 people were killed, with another 150+ believed to be trapped in rubble after a 6.2-magnitude quake struck at 3.30am local time near Norcia in Umbria, central Italy, with scenes described as hellish and witnesses saying it looked like "Dante's inferno," with four towns almost wiped off the map, according to The Daily Mail.
Following that a 6.8-magnitude hit central Burma. These follow the news last week of a powerful 7.4-magnitude quake shook the Southern Atlantic Ocean, according to the USGS.
The point being... we are seeing a unusual amount of activity, specifically major earthquakes and a number of active and/or erupting volcanoes.
Both volcanoes and earthquakes are the result from the movement of tectonic plates, and scientists, such as Jonathan Snow, a volcanologist at the University of Houston, have previously stated that earthquakes often foretell volcanic activity, stating "It’s very common for the two to be linked. Volcanic eruptions are usually preceded by earthquakes large and small."
For those interested in how plate tectonics are connected to earthquakes, volcanoes and subsequent tsunamis, the short documentary below offers a great explanation.
In noting the recent warnings from multiple governments over the past few months, in conjunction with the increase of large earthquakes occurring, ANP reached out to a source more familiar with the topic of earthquakes and volcanoes and were told via email that what is happening in the Azores, the Canary Islands, along with the 7.4 in the Southern Atlantic are "very troubling," which is indicating "something very unstable happening," and telling me "I can't remember this much concurrent activity on the mid Atlantic ridge, let alone a major quake of the magnitude that hit 300 plus miles north of Antarctica."
That instability and specific mention of the Canary Islands leads us to the topic of the Cumbre Vieja volcano which is an active although dormant volcanic ridge on the volcanic ocean island of Isla de La Palma in the Canary Islands, Spain, that erupted twice in the 20th century – in 1949, and again in 1971. In 2011 a peer-reviewed paper by Steven N. Ward from the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics, University of California, Santa Cruz California, USA, and Simon Day from Benfield Greig Hazard Research Centre, Department of Geological Sciences, University College, London, UK, titled "Cumbre Vieja Volcano -- Potential collapse and tsunami at La Palma, Canary Islands, sparked a vigorous debate among the scientific community, when they found, according to their abstract summary that "Geological evidence suggests that during a future eruption, Cumbre Vieja Volcano on the Island of La Palma may experience a catastrophic failure of its west flank, dropping 150 to 500 km3 of rock into the sea. Using a geologically reasonable estimate of landslide motion, we tsunami waves produced by such a collapse. Waves generated by the run-out of a 500 km3 (150 km3 ) slide block at 100 m/s could transit the entire Atlantic Basin and arrive on the coasts of the Americas with 10-25 m (3-8 m) height.
You can hear one of the authors of that controversial paper, Simon Day, among others, explain their findings below:
Via the video description:
Americas East Coast Megatsunami Geologists S. Day and S. Ward consider that a megatsunami could be generated during a future eruption involving the Cumbre Vieja on the volcanic ocean island of La Palma, in the Canary Islands.
In 1949, the Cumbre Vieja volcano erupted at its Duraznero, Hoyo Negro and San Juan vents. During this eruption, an earthquake with an epicentre near the village of Jedy occurred. The following day Rubio Bonelli, a local geologist, visited the summit area and discovered that a fissure about 2.5 km long had opened on the eastern side of the summit. As a result, the western half of the Cumbre Vieja (which is the volcanically active arm of a triple-armed rift) had slipped about 2 m downwards and 1 m westwards towards the Atlantic .
The Cumbre Vieja volcano is currently in a dormant stage, but will almost certainly erupt again in the future. Day and Ward hypothesize that if such an eruption causes the western flank to fail, a megatsunami will be generated.
La Palma is currently the most volcanically active island in the Canary Islands Archipelago. It is likely that several eruptions would be required before failure would occur on Cumbre Vieja. However, the western half of the volcano has an approximate volume of 500 km3 (5 x 1011 m3) and an estimated mass of 1.5 x 1015 kg. If it were to catastrophically slide into the ocean, it could generate a wave with an initial height of about 1,000 metres (3,281 ft) at the island, and a likely height of around 50 metres (164 ft) at the Caribbean and the Eastern North American seaboard when it runs ashore eight or more hours later. Tens of millions of lives would be lost as New York, Boston, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Miami, Havana, and many other cities near the Atlantic coast are leveled.
The Cumbre Vieja volcano is just one of many examples of why those paying close attention to the increase of larger magnitude earthquakes are also keeping a very close eye on volcanic activity around the world, because just one megaquake could set off a chain reaction that could quite literally affect the majority of global community.
With predictions for the "big one" hitting the West Coast, to the massive activity seen at The Ring of Fire, to the more recent 7.4 magnitude earthquake shaking the Southern Atlantic, and the devastation in Italy this morning, there seems to be potential danger from every direction, so we can understand why countries around the globe are warning their people to "prepare for the worst," but we cannot explain why they are doing so in just the past few months when there didn't seem to be the same sense of urgency before that.
Makes us wonder, what do they know that we don't?
Maybe that blood red moon over New York last night is a prophetic sign.

Something Big Is Coming - Governments Warn People To 'Prepare'
August 22, 2016
By Susan Duclos - All News PipeLine
Governments across the globe are expecting something big, some event that has them suddenly encouraging their populace to "prepare," the most recent of which is Germany, who for the first time since the end of the cold war are planning to tell their citizens to stockpile food and water, in case of an "attack or catastrophe," according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung . (Link to translated version)
Reuters cites the report encouraging the stockpiling of 10 days worth of food and at least enough drinking water to last five day, reminding readers that "Germany's Defence Minister said earlier this month the country lay in the 'crosshairs of terrorism' and pressed for plans for the military to train more closely with police in preparing for potential large-scale militant attacks."
The timing of the specific mention of the military to train more with police, along with the plans to tell citizens to prepare, is interesting as we see the U.S. has also issued a warning to citizens, via Barack Obama to be "prepared for disaster" as the administration unveiled a new FEMA app, back in June 2016.
With the recent push to federalize state and local law enforcement agencies and create a "global police force," controlled by the UN, we believe that it isn't a just terrorist attack, or natural disaster that Germany and the U.S. is preparing for, but an "event" much larger in scope that would require citizens to depend on only themselves to survive.
Whether that is a global economic collapse, a celestial event, an attack against the grid, or even the stronger possibility of a nuclear war, since Russia has been preparing for one for years, even building underground command centers and bunkers for its citizens, and as Stefan Stanford reported just days ago, China is also warning its citizens to prepare for war, it appears governments across the globe are waiting for something big to happen.
In the video below, we hear how Germany is in the "crosshairs," of the Islamic invasion and how the videographer believes this is a huge headsup that they are expecting something to happen and that is why they are planning to tell their people to prepare, to reinforce their homes, be ready to defend them.
In my opinion it seems unlikely they are telling people to "prepare" for just a 'terror attack' as has been seen in Germany recently, or the type that occurred in Paris, or Nice, France, or even what occurred in San Bernardino, California or Orlando, Florida, because while tragic and devastating, in none of those instances did the populace of a country have their survival depend on their , water and medical supplies.
Whatever is coming is going to be a global event, something big enough where governments know they are not going to be able to "help," and while many ANP readers are indeed already awake and aware of the need to be prepared, we suggest those that have not started stockpiling food, water, medical supplies and basic necessities.... start doing so now.
Don't expect the mainstream media to make an announcement giving people time to go to the store and gather supplies, when it happens it is going to happen fast and by the time they tell you about it, it will be too late.
That is evidenced by what we saw happen in January 2016, when a winter storm caused such panic that within a day, images of completely empty store shelves were making the rounds across the internet.
Rule of thumb- Prepare for the worst and hope for the best, it is better to have and not need than to need and not have.
Government Preparing for World Wide Civil Unrest – Why?
A number of emails have come in asking if we are advising government since they are now enlisting firms to research a rise in civil unrest. The answer is no! Nevertheless, everyone knows of the accuracy of our computer systems and our cycle of war models. It was the CIA that, after all, came to us demanding I create the system for them in Washington after the model predicted the fall of the Russian monetary system in 1998. I declined. I did offer to run any study for them on our systems. I was told that was not acceptable for they had to “own it.” I said no way. I believe their position was they did not want anyone else to possess the forecasts. I have also been asked am I not afraid of government? I respond, the only way they will ever get access to what our system forecasts is to leave me alone and read our services. So this is the Mexican standoff as they say. We agree to disagree.
True, the Pentagon is now funding universities to try to model the dynamics of the rise in war. Sure they are trying to copy what we have achieved. They are the government after all. They know I cannot be threatened for I would rather be dead than held as some slave. They are attempting to model large-scale civil unrest across the world no less. You can guess where they got that idea from. I have been told by programmers they contacted to try to program what we have accomplished with Socrates. Good luck. It takes more time than what even money can buy. If you do not understand HOW cycles function at the core, no programmer could ever figure this out. This is not some simplton program if this then that.
I have been told that slander and imitation are the ultimate level of flattery. When the model predicted the peak in the Real Estate Bubble to the day in February 2007, they were calling it Armstrong’s Revenge. They thought locking me up would somehow stop the model from working so they kept me in contempt of court using a statute 28 USC §1826 which says the maximum time anyone can be held in civil contempt was 18 months. They kept rolling it every 18 months to pretend they were obeying the law. I was finally released only after 7 years merely because I got into the Supreme Court and they had no choice but to release me or suffer an international disgrace.
Just after the model forecast the peak in 2007 to the day once again, I was hauled into court and Judge Keenan then tried to discredit our model claiming I stole the idea of Pi from a movie by that name. This transcript above shows how they deliberately lie to try to cover-up anything. Accusing me of taking the idea from a Movie named Pi which did not come out until 1998, just illustrates how fundamentally dishonest these people really are. They think they can just say anything and the world will believe them no matter what they say. They are incapable of ever telling the truth and that doesn’t bother them in the slightest. Think of the worse kid in high school who enjoyed beating up people or stealing what they had. Look them up. More likely than not, they ended up in law enforcement. This transcript is the example of absolute corruption beyond belief. They could care less that you can simply Google the time when such a movie came out. That doesn’t matter. They declare something and to them that makes it true. This was all about trying to discredit a model that forecast the crash from 2007 into 2009 rather than helping society, they seek only to destroy it.
That turning point 2007.1589 picked the very day of the high in the Shiller Real Estate Index and it was published in 1979, 20 years before the movie. However, it also marked the very day Goldman Sachs sold its infamous ABACUS 2007-AC1 $2 billion Synthetic CDO. They timed that perfectly to the very day of our model.
The court tried to discredit the model. That illustrated they were worried its forecast was coming true. You can bet they analyze every word. These people have no morals and think they can just force society to be economic slaves forever. Nobody has ever beaten this game even once in history. Time is on my side, not theirs.
Is The End Of Independent News In Sight?
12th October 2015
Is the end of the news aggregator, independent news and websites of bloggers in sight?
According to Matt Drudge it is. He is an American political commentator and the creator and editor of the Drudge Report, an online news aggregator.
His website, according to Alexa has a global website rank of 616 and ranks in the USA at 132 and according to Quantcast is receiving, we think around 3 million hits a day or 90 million a month.
In a startling unscheduled interview with Alex Jones on infowars.com Drudge warns “that the very foundation of the free Internet is under severe threat from copyright laws that could ban independent media outlets, revealing that he was told directly by a Supreme Court Justice, “It’s over for me.”
Drudge claimed that copyright laws will prevent websites such as Drudge Report from linking to news stories.
Drudge explained “I had a Supreme Court Justice tell me it’s over for me,” They’ve got the votes now to enforce copyright law, you’re out of there. They’re going to make it so you can’t even use headlines.”
“To have a Supreme Court Justice say to me it’s over, they’ve got the votes, which means time is limited,” he added.
Drudge ominously claimed that a day was coming soon when simply operating any independent website could be completely outlawed.
He also said in the 45 minute interview – “That will end it for me – fine – I’ve had a hell of a run,” mentioning as well that web users were being forced into the cyber “ghettos” of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Drudge went on to warn that the social media giants like Twitter and Facebook were literally devouring up content and strangling the organic growth of independent Internet news platforms. News aggregators like Google News was also mentioned; “Google News – hello anybody? The idiots reading that crap think there is actually a human there – there is no human there – you are being programmed to being automated even up to your news….a same corporate glaze over everything,” said Drudge.
“I’m just warning this country that yes, don’t get into this false sense that you are an individual when you’re on Facebook, no you’re not, you’re a pawn in their scheme,” said Drudge.
It’s an interesting battleground that has been fought over in the last few years that Drudge feels is already lost.
One of America’s most influential conservative judges, Richard Posner, has proposed a ban on linking to online content without permission. The idea, he said in a blog post, is to prevent aggregators and bloggers from linking to newspaper websites without paying.
“Expanding copyright law to bar online access to copyrighted materials without the copyright holder’s consent, or to bar linking to or paraphrasing copyrighted materials without the copyright holder’s consent, might be necessary to keep free riding on content financed by online newspapers from so impairing the incentive to create costly news-gathering operations that news services like Reuters and the Associated Press would become the only professional, nongovernmental sources of news and opinion”.
As The Guardian points out, not only would Posner stop online media dead in their tracks, but he would also overturn long-established rules of fair use, which, among others things, allow for the reproduction of short excerpts of copyrighted material for the purposes of commentary, parody and the like – precisely what bloggers and aggregators do all the time.
In the end, Posner has conveniently forgotten, or somehow wasn’t aware that bloggers and aggregators do in fact drive considerable traffic to news sites, resulting in many more users seeing that content and therefore seeing their advertising that in itself drives up revenue.
In the EU, the law seems more water-tight … for now. Websites can link to freely available content without the permission of the copyright holder, the European Court of Justice says.
In this case, the court’s decision came after a dispute in Sweden between journalists and a web company that had posted links on its site to online news articles. A Swedish court had asked the EU court to consider whether this broke copyright law.
It established that The “position would be different” for links that bypass a paywall but in this case there was no case to answer.
Then there was an appeal. The court had to consider whether, under EU copyright law, authors have the exclusive right to authorise or prohibit any communication to the public of their works.
The court ruled that the law had not been broken because the articles in question were on the website in question and therefore already “freely available”.
“If the decision had gone the other way it would have broken the internet,” said Susan Hall, technology lawyer at Clarke Willmott. “The way we communicate online is predicated on sharing material, whether that’s links to Robert Peston on Bank of England interest rates, decisions of the European court or pictures of otters who look like Benedict Cumberbatch,” she said.
In the case of Matt Drudge, he then warned the American public about such cases making their way up the court system.
“You thought Obamacare was shocking? You thought some of these other decisions were shocking? Wait until these copyright laws work their way up and the Supreme Court decides you cannot have a website with news headlines linking across the board.”
Drudge is thought to be worth something in the region of $90-100 million and if he thinks its not worth the fight, then nor will anyone else.
What could change the rules in the EU is the The Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and a proposed US-EU trade agreement that, similar to the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), is being negotiated behind closed doors and could have negative impacts on copyright and Intellectual Property (IP) rights for the European and American public. At the moment we really don’t know the details due to the highly dubious and suspicious nature of the secret agreement.
Already in the UK, essentially, to be a news or current affairs publisher you must be registered as such with a government regulatory body. That this is a despicable idea goes without saying: it’s a reversal of the past three hundred years of liberty where we’ve been allowed to say or print whatever we want to subject only to the laws of libel, incitement to violence and pressing concerns of national security.
If a news or current affairs publisher is taken to court, by anyone, including the state, and not registered then no matter the outcome, in all circumstances, win or lose, the publisher can’t claim costs.
Worse, it doesn’t matter where your servers are. For that’s not what defines publication. It also doesn’t matter who the material is aimed at: nor even what language it is in. Publication happens if someone in the UK downloads whatever it is. That, in itself, is the act of publication. This effectively censors the entire world’s press and media in the United Kingdom.
If the copyright laws in the US do go the way that Drudge says then one can only assume that the UK’s downloading rules will also apply there.
The three politicians in the UK in 2013 who dreamt up this suppression strategem were the Prime Minister- David Cameron, the Leader of the Opposition -Ed Miliband and the Deputy Prime Minister – Nick Clegg. In itself, that’s an interesting commentary on the quality of those individuals and what they think of democracy and freedom of speech more generally.
With a US supreme court judge openly threatening one of the worlds biggest websites that its days are over for linking news stories, it is very worrying that the interests of corporate media looks set to totally dominate the internet, dictate the debate and determine what you see and read.
